When exporting a SSRS 2008 R2 report (with groups) to MS Excel, a brief static text message needs to appear to the viewer once at the bottom of every page in that Excel document. It is also necessary to avoid the use of "Print Preview" to see it. This also excludes using a page footer to view this information in MS Excel. Furthermore, while in the design mode in SSRS, an additional row was also "inserted outside the group below" within the report structure. However, the problem with that is the text message may essentially appear numerous times on each page, which depends on the number of rows that appear in each group.Thanks in advance.Sincerely,Mike
