I have several reports which were developed in SQL Server 2005 that I am now trying to run in SQL Server 2008R2 Express Edition with Adv. Services (aka SSRS). When I execute the reports the little spinning dial appears on the screen to show its running, but it never finishes. However, if I send the output to PDF or Excel the data is there. It works fine in SQL Server 2005, and was previously tested in SQL Server 2008. And it runs fine in SQLServer 2008R2 EE Adv from BIDS/Visual Studio. It tried executing the report from both IE 11 and Chrome, and both are giving the same problem...(never finishes).Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm baffled.David R.
