Borders - Conditional Formatting

I am not sure if this is the actual problem or not, but I think it may be:I have multiple rows:Laundry $1,000Hskpng $500Total $1500Then below the Total row, I have a row that says "For Management Only". This is a merged cell across the 2 columns shown above. My problem is, I want to put a border above AND below the dollar value for Total. I have a condition that if Col1 equals "Total" then top border and bottom border are Black for Col2.But on the last row, where it has the "For Management Only" text, I have set the borders to none. When the report renders, there is a TOP border, but no Bottom border and I am thinking that the border settings on the text row are wiping out the Row above...Am I right, and if so, how do i get around it?
