Report run on Server not from user machine

I'm able to run my Report from Reporting Service on the server it's on but if I or a user try to run it from our desktop we are unable to excute it, we receive: Cannot create a connection to data source 'DBName'. (rsErrorOpeningConnection) For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors.
