ssrs 2016 can I use previously built data sources and datasets?

I want to be able to create data sets on my works station using SSDT 2015 and have other report writers access and use the data sources that i have published to the SSRS server. However it looks like there is no way in SSDT 2015 to access these resources on the SSRS ? Is that true how do the other report writers access them in SSDTI try to go to the ssrs server http://sql2016demo.company.com/reportserver to access the shared data datasources and datasets
