SSRS email via Mandrill

I'm looking into the possibility of using Mandrill as the SMTP server for SSRS email subscriptions. Normally setting up Mandrill would need the SMTP server address, the Mandrill key and username/pass. However, in reporting services configuration I only need to enter the SMTP server.Has anyone used ssrs with mandrill? If so, can you please point me in the right direction..Thanks
