Hi All,I am getting the following message when trying to connect to reports (//localhost/Reports):The report server cannot open a connection to the report server database. A connection to the database is required for all requests and processing. (rsReportServerDatabaseUnavailable) I've tried the following so far..1.Create a rule in "windows firewall advance security" to open the 1433 and 1434 ports and restarted the service2.Reconfigure reportserver but I keep getting the error message "No Reporting Service instance found on localhost"3.When I tried to delete the Encryption keys in the Configuration Manager, I get the following error message: Microsoft.ReportingServices.WmiProvider.WMIProviderException: The report server cannot open a connection to the report server database. A connection to the database is required for all requests and processing. (rsReportServerDatabaseUnavailable) at Microsoft.ReportingServices.WmiProvider.RSWmiAdmin.ThrowOnError(ManagementBaseObject mo) at Microsoft.ReportingServices.WmiProvider.RSWmiAdmin.DeleteEncryptedInformation() at ReportServicesConfigUI.WMIProvider.RSReportServerAdmin.DeleteEncryptedInformation()I wanted to know what else it could be please?Thank you!
