column grouping

I'm returning two columns from a dataset, Full_Name and Time_Taken. I want to set up a report, grouping on a Row and Column, the report column should take Time from the dataset and give me Total_Time, Min_Time, Max_Time and Average_Time as Columns Names as well as it's values for every row. Total_Time being the count for every Full_name.Please help
