I have an ssrs report with parameter @org having a single shared dataset and shared data source.The report is a list which has a group called org which in Group Properties evaluates to org_name and filters to =Parameters!org.Value. The list is using the shared dataset.Inside the list is a table item with grouping on Division. The table is using the same shared dataset as the list. In this way I believe I should be able to constrain the divisions displaying in the list's table by whatever @org is passed to the list. But this isn't working. The goal is for the dataset in the nested table to only display the org that is true for the list at run time. If the @org value passed to the list at runtime is X, then the divisions that the table displays, should only be for X as well.Instead, the list is displaying the organization of @org parameter value, and the table [i]inside [/i]the list is displaying all organisations (and child division grouping) data. I need both list and table to be constrained by the same param @org.How to bridge the disconnect between the list and the table inside of it?
